1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using NightAudit (the "Service"), operated by Nightflare Media ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

NightAudit provides on-demand SEO audits of publicly accessible web pages. Free accounts include a limited number of scans. A paid subscription unlocks unlimited scans and the full report.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly at £9.99 via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide pro-rata refunds.

4. Acceptable use

You may only scan URLs you are authorised to audit. You will not use the Service to attempt to overload, scrape at scale, or otherwise abuse third-party websites.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is". SEO scores and recommendations are advisory and do not guarantee any particular search ranking.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nightflare Media's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 3 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
